Time Zones

I'm working on coalating a rough estimate of teh time zone difference so people will have some idea af wht time we will be conducting event's, please note that the way i'll be representing this will be GMT +/- since i in GMT an can work it out easier that way. Sorry if it's an inconveniance to ya i'll try an keep it simple.

GMT 00:00

EST = GMT -5hrs (19:00)

CST = GMT -6hrs (18:00)

this is all the info i have at the moment so pls drop me a line with your time zones or catch me online if you need help working out the time difference in GMT time.

I will help wrap up the United States:

GMT = 0000
Mountain Time = GMT -7 Hours (1700 - 5:00 p.m.)
Pacific Time = GMT -8 Hours (1600 - 4:00 p.m.)
